" Good afternoon. This is to thank you for sending two electricians this morning, to install extractor fans in the kitchen and bathroom of my house. I may not remember their names but I will certainly remember how hard they worked for three hours non stop. They were a great team, working together despite the unwanted appearance of some wasps in the loft space! " Good morning. I just wanted to take the time to give some customer feedback on the service I experienced yesterday with two of your electricians- Lewis and Jaime. They were highly professional, explained everything to me in a friendly manner and were considerate of my home. Having had a few workman in recently due to work being done on my home, I am very aware this is not always the experience and I wanted to personally note how impressed I was with Lewis and Jaime. As well as doing an exceptional job, they also ensured I was happy before and throughout the work they carried out, and had such a friendly manner about them. " Good Evening. I would just like to give some positive feedback with regards to work I had completed by I think it was Harry but not sure, and his colleague. Unfortunately I cannot read his signature but the scheme reference ends in 33412 and branch member no is 32968. Every time a challenge presented itself (ie metal plate above the cooker, loft having a plastic lid rather than wooden) he came up with a solution. Sometimes you just come across people that love their job and are so professional and know their line of work inside out, this chap was one of them. They both were very thorough and tidied up after themselves. I therefore just wanted to let you know. Thank you "
